It is understood that FOOT MARKS INDIA (stay-fun-eat-adventure) acts as agent only for the services booked for the Group or individual and his or her legal representatives will not liable for any loss or damage any or form any and all damages resulting from death or personal injuries including loss of services, means which he or she may sustain, on account of or arising out of or while engaged on any tour of transportation or other services, whether due to the ownership, maintenance, use, operation or control of any automobile, bicycle, boat, motor or any other vehicle, inn, common carrier or otherwise and whether or not due to its or their negligence or otherwise and regardless of the Cause.
FOOT MARKS INDIA (stay-fun-eat-adventure) shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage resulting from acts of God, danger, incident to the sea, fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of Government authority, war, civil disturbance, riots thefts, pilferage, epidemic quarantines, or any delay or change of itinerary, including any extra expenses which the booking holder may incur as result of the forgoing causes.
FOOT MARKS INDIA (stay-fun-eat-adventure) shall have the right in its sole discretion to alter or omit any part of the itinerary and/ or the right to change any space, reservation, feature or means of conveyance without notice and any or no reason, whatever without making any rebate, allowance or refund, but the extra cost, if any shall be paid by the booking holder. But generally we try our best to update to guest either before or during the tour. This can be happened in very rare cases.
FOOT MARKS INDIA (stay-fun-eat-adventure) shall have the right to cancel any services order in cash it deems the tour in the passage impracticable or for any other reason, upon refunding the value thereof and booking holder shall not have any other further claim against it by reason thereof.
